Abstract: El suicidio ocupa un lugar preponderante entre las primeras causas de muerte en las estadísticas de la Organización Mundial de la Salud. En Espa a se producen más muertes por suicidio que por accidente de tráfico. Mientras que los fallecimientos en la carretera se van reduciendo porque hay una política de prevención, la cifra de suicidas sigue su senda ascendente y aumentado cada a o, generando cifras que no deberían dejar indiferente a nadie, por lo que dise ar una estrategia de prevención del suicidio en Espa?a es una necesidad.
El Síndrome de Fatiga Crónica: del modelo de susceptibilidad a la hipótesis de la cadena de estrés en el área laboral

Abstract: the susceptibility model has to be with the mixture of different elements: the biological susceptibility, the susceptibility to mobbing, the susceptibility to burn-out, the susceptibility to job stress and the protection factors such as: the social support, the positive self-concept, the internal locus of control, the high level of self-esteem and the self-efficacy feeling. the hypothesis of stress chain in the job area afirms that the persistance of job stress is acumulative. the mobbing, the burn-out syndrome, the job stress provoke different kinds of fatigue. if the stress factors, which lead to these problems, waist too much time, the fatigue may come to be what is called chronic fatigue syndrome.

Abstract: the mediation is a space of communication that has been defined as an intermediate zone that promotes new relations that the tension regulation allows and that it can solve of conflicts. the strategic mediation on labor health has to rest the functioning psicolaboral of the worn out one, because the strategic intervention in the interpersonal conflicts in the work has to lead the workers to the perception of which they themselves can manage his problems and generate the change.

Abstract: the role stress is specifically the one that originates from the performance of roles in the company, and includes both role ambiguity and role conflict. objetive: to evaluate the ambiguity and the role conflict of a group of professionals who carry out different jobs, and its influence on their physical and psychological well-being. material and method: to evaluate the role stressors (role ambiguity and role conflict) the questionnaire of rizzo, house and lirtzman has been used and to establish the consequences the questionnaire of symptoms slc-90-r. results: 20 % of the sample percieved ambiguity and conflict of role in their job and had high punctuation in all the subscales: somatization, obsessive- compulsive, interpersonal sensibility, depression, anxiety, hostility and phobic anxiety. in addition, the global rate of gravity and the total positive symptoms were significantly higher in the group that had high punctuation in ambiguity of role and conflict of role. on the other hand, we did not find significant differences in the level of studies in the subscales ,nor the general rate of gravity nor in the total positive symptoms.

Abstract: the codependency refers to an obsessive and compulsive attitude towards the control of other persons and their relations, due to his or her own insecurity. the approach to the codependency through the interpersonal psychotherapy is based on a pluralist, but not doctrinary or empiric view, which presents especific characteristics. its singularity appears not through its tecnics but in its strategies, in which we study for areas: grief, personal arguments, social skills deficits and role transitions.

Abstract: El modelo de susceptibilidad tiene en cuenta la combinación de algunos elementos: la susceptibilidad biológica, la susceptibilidad al mobbing, la susceptibilidad al burn-out, la susceptibilidad al estrés laboral, y los factores de protección como: apoyo social, autoconcepto positivo, locus de control interno, alta autoestima y sentimiento de autoeficacia. La hipótesis de la cadena de estrés en el área laboral considera que la persistencia del estrés laboral es acumulativa. El mobbing, el síndrome de burn-out y el estrés laboral provocan distintos tipos de fatiga. Si los factores estresantes que generan estos problemas perseveran durante tiempo, la fatiga puede devenir en lo que se ha dado en llamar síndrome de fatiga crónica.
Codependencia y psicoterapia interpersonal.

Abstract: La codependencia hace referencia a una actitud obsesiva y compulsiva hacia el control de otras personas y las relaciones, fruto de la propia inseguridad. El abordaje de la codependencia desde la psicoterapia interpersonal se basa en un enfoque pluralista, no doctrinario y empírico, que tiene características específicas. Su peculiaridad se encuentra en sus estrategias, no en sus técnicas. En ella se abordan cuatro áreas: duelo, disputas personales, déficits interpersonales y transiciones de rol.
